I left feeling completely renewed. I genuinely believe this place is a real gem in Barking. The atmosphere is calm, soothing and creates a lovely sense of safety, which feels especially important nowadays. "I popped in for some advice and spoke to very friendly staff member Rukhsar. She was extremely professional and knowledgable and advised on a suitable treatment for my ailment. She didn’t try and upsell me anything and was very honest and open. I booked a deep tissue massage following her advise and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend, a hidden gem in Barking! I will be going back and would definitely recommend."
