Meet Preet
Preet is a certified multi-style yoga teacher, trained at the Himalayan Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India (March 2024).
She is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone can experience the benefits of yoga—no matter your background or ability.

Hatha style practice (a slower, more deliberate pace)
Gentle chanting (to foster focus and inner calm)
Pranayama (breathwork to ease stress and restore balance)
Mats and blocks are provided—feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
