Meet Preet
Preet is a certified multi-style yoga teacher, trained at the Himalayan Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India (March 2024).
She is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone can experience the benefits of yoga—no matter your background or ability.

'Restorative Yoga'
Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a relaxing, mindful flow.
What to Expect
- Hatha style practice (a slower, more deliberate pace) 
- Gentle chanting (to foster focus and inner calm) 
- Pranayama (breathwork to ease stress and restore balance) 
Mats and blocks are provided—feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
